Led by the baker behind Kiosk Bakery, this hands-on workshop focuses on being approachable for beginners while still rich in technique and insight. Whether this is your very first loaf or you’ve struggled with sourdough in the past, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a structured, easy-to-follow approach designed for real success at home. You’ll learn how to maintain a strong starter, recognize proper fermentation, handle dough, and understand the small details that transform good bread into exceptional bread.
All in a relaxed, welcoming environment where questions are encouraged. My goal is to simplify the process, eliminate the guesswork, and give you the knowledge and skills to bake consistently beautiful loaves in your own kitchen. Please note: A Dutch oven is required at home for baking.
