Delivery

Delivery Locations
We serve a 20 mile radius from our studio at 3319 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento CA 95816. If no one answers the door we will leave the arrangement by the door in an area out of the sun as best we can. All online orders receive a delivery confirmation via email.

Same Day Delivery
For guaranteed same-day delivery, please call us directly at 916.898.2570, we take Same Day orders up to 2 hours before closing and an additional $20 same day delivery fee will apply.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day; however, we cannot guarantee it.

Care

All arrangements are guaranteed fresh for 5 days with daily water refresh.

To help keep longer the arrangement should be placed out of direct sunlight and away from a heat source, the water should be refreshed every day, and any expiring blooms should be removed. 

Design

Vases
All floral arrangements will be housed in one of our specialty vases, compotes, or ceramic vessels and include a hand-written message.

Sizing
Image shows general size and style at price range – designs will vary based on the availability of product and color requests.

Returns + Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason. If there are any quality issues please send pictures to info@asteriaflorals.com within 24 hours of receiving and we will exchange the piece.
