Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing our flower subscription service! To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms:
Subscription Options
We offer three subscription frequencies:
- Weekly – Fresh flowers delivered every week 
- Bi-Weekly – Fresh flowers delivered every other week 
- Monthly – Fresh flowers delivered once a month 
Start Date & Delivery Schedule
- During checkout, you will select your preferred refresh day (the day of the week you’d like your subscription refreshed). 
- Our delivery radius is 20 miles from our shop address - 3319 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95816 
- Your first delivery will be scheduled for the next available corresponding date. Subscriptions cannot start on the same day as purchase. 
- Deliveries will continue on your selected schedule unless modified or canceled within the allowed timeframe. 
Three-Month Minimum Commitment
- All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three months (12 weeks for weekly, 6 cycles for bi-weekly, or 3 cycles for monthly). 
- After the three-month period, subscriptions will automatically continue unless canceled. 
Payment & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. 
- Delivery will be calculated depending on address. This will be applied at checkout 
- We accept all major payment methods. 
Pausing & Canceling Your Subscription
- Subscriptions cannot be canceled or paused within the initial three-month period. 
- After three months, you may pause or cancel your subscription with at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled delivery. 
- Changes can be made through your customer portal or by contacting our team. 
Delivery Policy
- We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time but will deliver within our standard delivery window. 
- If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe location whenever possible. 
- It is the subscriber's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses. 
Subscription Customization & Requests
- While we strive to provide fresh, seasonal blooms, we cannot guarantee specific flowers in every arrangement. 
- Customization options may be available for an additional fee - please reach out to us ahead of ordering. 
Gift Subscriptions
- Flower subscriptions can be purchased as gifts! Simply provide the recipient’s details at checkout.
